Antigua Pictures

Since I've now found a way here in Xela to get pictures onto the web, and since it was specially requested by Sarah Schuh, I wanted to share a few more pictures from Antigua. The main cathedral in Antigua. Fountains in the Parque Central...can you guess what that means? Building Courtyard This is my friendly travel gnome Hermes in front of the Volcano (dormant) they call Agua. (water) At left is the volcano they call Fuego (fire) which as you can see from the smoke coming out is active. Later that evening, after dark we saw a plume of lava shoot out of it. I can only imagine it had to be a couple of hundred feet tall based on how large it was, and how far away we were. And lastly, sunset with Agua on the left.
